Border Regt (Militia) HPC

A nice, white metal (possibly lightly silver-plated?), helmet plate centre for a militia battalion of The Border Regiment with three lug fastenings (north, east and west) and the usual 'blade' fastenings at the centre to hold a red piece of felt in place. As KK326.
