Border Regt OSD Cap Badge

A small-pattern, bronzed, officer's service dress cap badge for a volunteer/territorial battalion of The Border Regiment with two blade fastenings (east and west).

Note: Churchill 973 shows a similar badge, with the South Africa 1901-02 honour but no honours on the arms of the cross, described as an officer's collar badge for the 5th (territorial) battalion.
