A scarce, bronzed, City/4/Manchester shoulder title for the 19th (4th City of Manchester) battalion of the Manchester Regiment (Manchester Pals, Kitchener's Army) with two lug fastenings (east and west). Worn c1914-19. W1318.

Note: There appears to be some damage/discolouration to the title.
