1st VB Northumberland Fusiliers Cap Badge

A scarce, blackened brass, cap badge for the 1st volunteer battalion of The Royal Northumberland Fusilier with a slider fastening. As KK593/Wood 204 (new edition)/202 (first edition).

Note: Wood states this badge was worn on the service dress cap/slouch hat (with a red felt backing) and dates this badge to c1903-08.
