RAEC Officer's Cap Badge

A rare, silver-plated and gilt, cap badge for an officer of The Royal Army Education Corps with two lug fastenings (north and south). The reverse is marked for manufacturer J.R. Gaunt London and 'P' to indicate silver plate. KK2144.

Note: This was a trial pattern badge, which was never actually issued.
