Queen's County Rifles Glengarry Badge

A rare, blackened brass, glengarry badge for The Queen's County Rifles with three lug fastenings (north, east and west). Worn circa 1874-81. KK1296.

Note: In 1881 this unit became the 4th (militia) battalion of The Prince of Wales's Leinster Regiment (Royal Canadians).

It looks like there is a small knick in the crown.
