23rd Hussars Collar Badge

A white metal collar badge for The 23rd Hussars with two lug fastenings (north and south). Churchill & Westlake 42 or Seaman 23.

Note: Peter Seaman's book, For Hostilities Only (p46), states: "Although collar badges were not to be issued to other ranks during the period of the war this instruction was ignored by the 23rd Hussars."
