25th London Cap/Collar Badge?

A brass cap/collar badge for the 25th (Cyclist) battalion of The London Regiment with two lug fastenings (east and west). As KK1857.

Note: This is perhaps an officer's service dress collar badge, which may have had its lugs replaced and lost its bronze colouring?
