Border Regt Plastic Cap Badge

A scarce WW2 economy issue, plastic, cap badge for The Border Regt with two blade fastenings (east and west - likely replacements). The reverse is marked for manufacturer A Stanley & Sons Walsall. KK2234.

Note: It looks like the badge may have been painted, certainly on the back.
