A scarce, brass, shoulder title for The Signal Service of the Royal Engineers with two lug fastenings (east and west). As Westlake 519.

Note: Westlake states this unit, which was formed in 1908 as part of The Royal Engineers and became part of The Royal Corps of Signals in 1920, wore this title with a separate RE above.
