V/4/Hants Shoulder Title

A scarce, brass, shoulder title for the 4th battalion of The Hampshire Volunteer Regiment with two lug fastenings (east and west - the north lug missing). Westlake 1109 or Woods 10.24.

Note: Terence Woods, in his book on The Military Insignia of Hampshire and The Isle of Wight 1702-1992, dates this title to 1916-20.
