RTR Officer's Cap Badge

A scarce, silver, cap badge for an officer of The Royal Tank Regiment with three blade fastenings (north, east and west). The reverse is marked J&Co for manufacturer Jennens and Sterling (to indicate a minimum 92.5% silver content). KK1923.

Note: I had the left blade (as viewed from the rear) replaced, although it looks as though perhaps original lugs (east and west) have been replaced with the blades.
