Essex Regt Glengarry Badge

A post-1881, brass, glengarry badge for The Essex Regiment with three lug fastenings (north, east and west). KK288/334.

Note: This badge has been constructed from a helmet plate centre and the separate glengarry crown fused into one piece (it looks to me like a period conversion).
