1/C/Kings Shoulder Title

A scarce, white metal, shoulder title for the 1st cadet battalion of The King's Regiment (Liverpool) with three lug fastenings (north, east and west).

Note This title is mentioned by Ray Westlake in his book on Collecting Metal Shoulder Titles (p70 in the second edition) but not illustrated.

Westlake states the 1st cadet battalion was recognised in 1910, with its headquarters in Castle St, Liverpool. However, he adds: "The territorial force withdrew its recognition in 1912."
