A rare, white metal, pouch-belt plate for The 3rd (Sunderland) Durham Rifle Volunteers with three lug fastenings (north, east and west).

Note: The 3rd (Sunderland) Durham Rifle Volunteers later became the 3rd volunteer battalion of The Durham Light Infantry.
