Devon TA Officer's Collar Badges

A scarce pair of silver and (defective) enamel/velvet collar badges for an officer of The Devonshire Regiment, each with two lug fastenings (east and west). Some polish. Churchill 366?

Note: Colin Churchill, in his book on the History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge, states versions exist with either a blue enamel centre or a blue velvet centre.
