Border Regt (Militia) OSD Collar Badge

A rare, officer's service dress, bronzed collar badge for the 3rd militia battalion of The Border Regiment with two lug fastenings (east and west).

Note: This collar badge is not mentioned/illustrated in Colin Churchill's book on the History of The British Army Infantry Collar Badge. I understand there is an example on display in the regimental museum.
