2/V/RW Kent Shoulder Title

A scarce, blackened brass, shoulder title for the 2nd volunteer battalion of the Royal West Kent Regiment with three lug fastenings (north, east and west) and its backplate intact. Headquarters at Blackheath.

Note: This title is mentioned in Ray Westlake's book.on Collecting Metal Shoulder Titles (page 109 of the second edition) but not illustrated. Westlake describes it in white metal.
