4th Hussars NCO's Arm Badge

A scarce, silver, arm badge for a non-commissioned officer of The 4th Queen's Own Hussars with two lug fastenings (east and west). Linaker & Dine 22.1B.

Note: David Linaker & Gordon Dine, in their book on Cavalry Warrant Officers' And Non-Commissioned Officers' Arm Badges, says this badge is un-hallmarked silver, of more delicate construction, and probably a warrant officer or sergeant's badge of a later period (versus the late 1930s version shown as 22.1A).

Perhaps the crown has been joined separately/repaired?
