RSDG Officer's Arm Badge

A nice, bullion, arm badge for an officer of The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards. Seaman, p149, 6.

there is some residue to the rear from where the badge was stuck to a card.

Note: Peter Seaman, in his book on Arm Badges of the British Cavalry Regiments, states this badge, with its pale yellow backing, was worn by officers on the upper arm on the No 1 dress uniform.
