A George 6th pattern, silver-plated and gilt collar badge for an officer of The Middlesex Yeomanry with two lug fastenings (east and west). As Churchill & Westlake 85.

Note: This unit's cap and collar badges are essentially the same but the short 'D-shaped' lugs suggest this is a collar badge.
