4/Buffs Shoulder Title

A rbarss shoulder title for the 4th (territorial) battalion of The Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment) with two lug fastenings (east and west). Westlake 749.

It looks like the T has been removed - possibly by the soldier himself?
