A nice, brass, helmet plate for The Militia Artillery with two lug fastenings (east and west). KK812, Litchfield 30.

Note: Kipling & King say the title on the scroll changed from Artillery Militia to Militia Artillery in 1891, which would date this plate to c1891-1901.
