23rd Foot Officer's SBP

A rare and beautiful, silver and gilt, shoulder-belt plate for an officer of The 23rd Foot (later 1st battalion of The Royal Welch Fusiliers) with the usual two hook and two stud fastenings. The leather backing remains intact.
