A rare, silvered, waist-belt clasp for an officer of the 2nd volunteer battalion of The Welsh Regiment. There are no benchmarks but the clasp is marked for Samuel Brothers Outfitters, 55 & 57 Ludgate Hill, London. As Ryan 208.
