Gloucestershire/Generic RV Officer's PBP

A white metal/silver-plated pouch-belt plate for an officer of a rifle volunteer unit with all four of its nuts/screw fastenings intact. Brinson G3.

Note: Daniel Brinson, in his book on Military Insignia of Gloucestershire, describes this as a "standard piece for volunteers with differing centre pieces" and dates it to circa 1859-1901.
