1/Y/Derbyshire Shoulder Title

A brass shoulder title for The Derbyshire Yeomanry with three lug fastenings (north, east and west). As Westlake 272.

Note: This title is mentioned in Ray Westlake's book (Collecting Metal Shoulder Titles, second edition) but is not illustrated.

The 'T' has been cut down/shaped to appear as a '1', as was sometimes done by the soldiers themselves.
