T/5/Bugle/Cornwall Shoulder Titles

A scarce pair of three-piece, brass, shoulder titles for the 5th (territorial) battalion of The Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry. The T/5 and bugle parts each have a single lug fastening while the Cornwall parts each have two hexagonal lug fastenings (east and west). The backing plates are intact. Westlake 1060.  read more

A silver, gilt and enamel waist-belt clasp for a warrant officer of The Coldstream Guards.

Note: Curiously, the 'female' part has the benchmark number 2 (twice) while the 'male' part carries no benchmark. It's possible this is marriage of two parts, or that there was a mistake in the stamping of the benchmarks? The two pieces appear to have been together, given the even patination.  read more
